1. Purpose These Terms of Service govern your use of Respi (the "Service") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and the Service provider. 2. Definitions 1. "Service" refers to the daily reflection and self-improvement service provided by Respi. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms. 3. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms 1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or notified to users through other means. 2. The Service may modify these Terms as necessary, and modified Terms become effective after notification. 4. Service Provision 1. The Service provides daily reflection features through 3 questions. 2. The Service strives to securely store user data. 5. User Obligations 1. Users must not engage in activities that infringe on others' rights. 2. Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the stable operation of the Service. 6. Account Deletion and Data Handling 1. Users may request account deletion at any time through the settings within the Service. 2. Upon deletion request, the account is immediately deactivated with a 30-day grace period. 3. Users may request account recovery by logging in again during the grace period. 4. After the grace period, all personal information and usage records are permanently deleted. 7. AI Service Terms 1. Accuracy of AI Results: Achievement statements generated by AI are for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed. Please review before using in important documents (resumes, reports, etc.). 2. Content Responsibility: Users are ultimately responsible for AI transformation results. Inappropriate input may result in inappropriate output. 3. Service Availability: AI transformation features depend on external services (OpenAI) and temporary service interruptions may occur.
